At Face Forward Courses, our mission is simple: make surgical training more accessible.

Founded by Kash, Catherine, and Nisha, Face Forward was created in response to a growing problem in medical education — high-quality surgical courses becoming increasingly expensive and difficult to access. With the invaluable help of our consultant lead, Jennifer, we have successfully created a viable high quality course which is helping our colleagues across the country. 

We are a non-profit organisation delivering affordable and free consultant-led wet lab experiences designed to support learners at every stage. Whether it’s helping medical students strengthen their portfolios and gain early surgical exposure, giving future surgeons the opportunity to develop practical wet lab skills, or supporting residents in managing common surgical challenges; our focus is on creating meaningful, hands-on learning opportunities without unnecessary financial barriers.

We believe surgical education should be practical, supportive, and accessible to everyone with the drive to learn.
