Event Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for registering for our event (£25 per person). Please review our cancellation policy carefully before booking.

• Host Cancellation
  In the unlikely event that the organisers cancel the event, all registered delegates will receive a full refund of the registration fee.

• Delegate Cancellation (More than 14 days before the event)
  Delegates who cancel more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund.

• Delegate Cancellation (7–14 days before the event)
  Delegates who cancel between 7 and 14 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund, as materials will have already been purchased at this stage.

• Delegate Cancellation (Less than 7 days before the event)
  Delegates who cancel less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

If you need to cancel your place, please notify the organisers as soon as possible.
